1. الموافقة على الشروط
تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق وموقع وخدمات LinkVault Q8 («LinkVault»). باستخدام الخدمة أو إنشاء حساب أو شراء LinkVault Pro فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
2. الخدمة
LinkVault أداة شخصية لحفظ الروابط وتنظيمها والبحث فيها وإضافة الملاحظات والأنواع والمفضلة والصور والتريلرات. قد تتوفر مزامنة الحساب والنسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة والدمج حسب الجهاز والخطة وحالة المتجر. قد نطور الميزات أو نغيرها أو نوقف جزءاً منها لضمان التشغيل أو الالتزام بالمتطلبات.
3. الحساب
يمكن استخدام بعض الوظائف محلياً دون حساب. يتيح تسجيل الدخول بالبريد أو Apple أو Google المزامنة عبر Supabase. أنت مسؤول عن المحافظة على الوصول إلى وسيلة تسجيل الدخول وعن النشاط الذي يتم من حسابك. أخبرنا فوراً إذا اشتبهت باستخدام غير مصرح به.
4. Basic وLinkVault Pro
تسمح Basic بإجمالي 50 عملية حفظ روابط طوال استخدام النسخة المجانية، مع أنواع مخصصة بلا حدود والوظائف الأساسية الموضحة داخل التطبيق. حذف رابط لا يعيد عملية حفظ مجانية. يزيل LinkVault Pro حد حفظ الروابط، وقد يتيح النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة والدمج ومزايا أخرى كما تظهر في التطبيق. لا تعتمد إلا على وصف الخطة الظاهر وقت الشراء.
5. الاشتراكات والمشتريات
قد يعرض المتجر اشتراكاً شهرياً أو سنوياً متجدداً تلقائياً أو شراء مدى الحياة لمرة واحدة. السعر النهائي والعملة والفترة والضرائب والتجارب والعروض تظهر في App Store أو Google Play قبل التأكيد. تُدار الفوترة والاسترداد والإلغاء عبر المتجر، ويستخدم LinkVault خدمة RevenueCat للتحقق من الاستحقاق واسترجاع المشتريات.
تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ ضمن المهلة التي يحددها المتجر. تستطيع إدارتها من إعدادات حساب المتجر. حذف LinkVault أو حذف حسابك لا يلغي الاشتراك. «مدى الحياة» يعني استمرار الوصول إلى المزايا المشتراة طوال توفر المنتج والخدمة بصورة معقولة، وليس ضماناً بأن الخدمة أو كل مزود خارجي سيعمل إلى الأبد.
6. المحتوى الذي تحفظه
تحتفظ بحقوقك في الروابط والعناوين والملاحظات والصور وغيرها من المحتوى الذي تضيفه. تمنح LinkVault الإذن المحدود اللازم لاستضافة المحتوى المتزامن ومعالجته ونقله لتقديم الميزات التي تختارها. أنت مسؤول عن قانونية المحتوى ودقته وعن امتلاك الحق في استخدامه.
7. النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة
قد يحتوي ملف النسخة الاحتياطية على مكتبتك كاملة. أنت مسؤول عن اختيار مكان آمن له وحمايته وحذف النسخ القديمة. عملية الاستعادة مصممة للتحقق والدمج، لكن لا يمكن ضمان منع فقد البيانات في كل ظرف. احتفظ بنسخة قبل أي عملية مهمة وتحقق من النتيجة. الملفات المصدّرة لا تُحذف تلقائياً عند حذف الحساب.
8. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم LinkVault لنشاط غير قانوني، أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين، أو نشر برمجيات ضارة، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، أو تعطيل الخدمة، أو التحايل على حدود الخطط أو المشتريات، أو استخدام الخدمة بطريقة آلية تضر التشغيل. يجوز لنا تقييد الحساب أو إيقافه عند وجود إساءة واضحة أو متطلب نظامي.
9. المواقع والخدمات الخارجية
الروابط المحفوظة تقود إلى مواقع مستقلة لا يسيطر عليها LinkVault. لا نضمن محتواها أو أمانها أو توفرها أو سياساتها. ميزات تسجيل الدخول والمزامنة والدفع والبيانات العامة تعتمد على مزودين خارجيين، وقد تتعطل مؤقتاً بسبب الاتصال أو الصيانة أو تغييراتهم.
10. الملكية الفكرية
اسم LinkVault وشعاره وتصميمه وبرمجياته ومحتوى موقعه، باستثناء محتوى المستخدم والمواد التابعة لجهات أخرى، محمية بحقوق الملكية المعمول بها. لا يجوز نسخها أو بيعها أو إعادة توزيعها أو إنشاء نسخة مضللة منها دون إذن.
11. حذف الحساب وإنهاء الاستخدام
تستطيع حذف روابط منفردة أو حذف الحساب من داخل الإعدادات. راجع صفحة حذف الحساب لمعرفة ما يُحذف وما يبقى. تستطيع التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف التطبيق في أي وقت، لكن عليك إدارة اشتراك المتجر بشكل منفصل.
12. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام. نسعى لتشغيل موثوق، لكن لا نضمن أن الخدمة ستكون بلا انقطاع أو أخطاء، أو أن بيانات المواقع الخارجية ستتوفر دائماً. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل أضراراً غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقد أرباح أو بيانات ناتجاً عن الاستخدام أو عدم القدرة على الاستخدام. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يمكن استبعادها نظاماً.
13. التغييرات
قد نحدّث الشروط لتعكس ميزات أو متطلبات جديدة. سننشر النسخة الحالية وتاريخها هنا. استمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التحديث يعني قبول الشروط المحدثة بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام.

1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the LinkVault Q8 app, website, and services (“LinkVault”). By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing LinkVault Pro, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LinkVault is a personal tool for saving, organizing, and searching links and adding notes, types, favorites, images, and trailers. Account sync, backup, restore, and merge may be available depending on device, plan, and store status. We may develop, change, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain operation or meet requirements.
3. Accounts
Some functions work locally without an account. Email, Apple, or Google sign-in enables synchronization through Supabase. You are responsible for access to your sign-in method and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Basic and LinkVault Pro
Basic allows 50 total link-save operations across your use of the free version, with unlimited custom types and the core functions shown in the app. Deleting a link does not restore a free save. LinkVault Pro removes the link-save limit and may enable backup, restore, merge, and other features shown in the app. Rely on the plan description displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
The store may offer auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. The final price, currency, period, taxes, trials, and offers are displayed in the App Store or Google Play before confirmation. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by the store. LinkVault uses RevenueCat to verify entitlement and restore purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled within the store’s stated deadline. You can manage them through your store account. Uninstalling LinkVault or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. “Lifetime” means access to the purchased features for the reasonable lifetime of the product and service; it is not a guarantee that the service or every third-party provider will operate forever.
6. Your content
You retain your rights in URLs, titles, notes, images, and other content you add. You give LinkVault the limited permission needed to host, process, and transmit synchronized content to provide the features you select. You are responsible for legality, accuracy, and having the right to use your content.
7. Backup and restore
A backup file may contain your complete library. You are responsible for choosing a safe destination, protecting the file, and deleting old copies. Restore is designed to validate and merge, but preventing data loss in every circumstance cannot be guaranteed. Keep a copy before an important operation and verify the result. Exported files are not automatically deleted with the account.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use LinkVault for unlawful activity, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, disruption, circumvention of plan or purchase limits, or automated use that harms operation. We may restrict or suspend an account in response to clear abuse or a legal requirement.
9. External sites and services
Saved links lead to independent sites that LinkVault does not control. We do not guarantee their content, safety, availability, or policies. Sign-in, sync, payment, and public metadata features depend on third parties and may be temporarily unavailable because of connectivity, maintenance, or provider changes.
10. Intellectual property
The LinkVault name, logo, design, software, and site content—excluding user content and third-party materials—are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or create a misleading version without permission.
11. Account deletion and ending use
You can delete individual links or delete the account in Settings. See the Account Deletion page for what is deleted and retained. You can stop using and uninstall the app at any time, but store subscriptions must be managed separately.
12. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service or permanent availability of external-site data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, consequential, profit-loss, or data-loss damages resulting from use or inability to use the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for new features or requirements. The current version and date will be posted here. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
