قبل إرسال الرسالةBefore you email us

أرسل المعلومات التالية حتى نحدد المشكلة بسرعة:Include the following so we can diagnose the issue quickly:

✓وصف واضح للمشكلة والخطوات التي سبقتها.A clear description and the steps just before it happened.
✓نوع الجهاز وإصدار النظام.Your device model and operating-system version.
✓إصدار LinkVault الظاهر في الإعدادات.The LinkVault version shown in Settings.
✓صورة للشاشة إذا كانت لا تحتوي بيانات حساسة.A screenshot if it does not contain sensitive information.

لا ترسل أبداًNever sendرمز تسجيل الدخول، كلمة مرور بريدك، أو معلومات بطاقة الدفع.your sign-in code, email password, or payment-card details.

رمز البريد ما وصلEmail code did not arrive

انتظر قليلاً ثم افحص مجلد البريد غير المرغوب أو Junk/Spam، وتأكد من كتابة البريد بشكل صحيح قبل إعادة الإرسال.Wait briefly, then check Junk or Spam. Confirm the address is correct before requesting another code.

صورة الرابط ما ظهرتA link image is missing

بعض المواقع تمنع جلب الصور. تستطيع كتابة العنوان يدوياً، وسيظهر شعار المنصة عندما يكون معروفاً.Some sites block image retrieval. You can enter the title manually, and a known platform logo is shown as a fallback.

الشراء أو Pro غير ظاهرPurchase or Pro is not showing

تأكد من استخدام حساب المتجر الذي أتم الشراء، ثم اختر «استرجاع المشتريات» من شاشة LinkVault Pro.Make sure you are using the store account that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases on the LinkVault Pro screen.

حذف الحساب والبياناتAccount and data deletion

يمكنك الحذف من داخل التطبيق. إذا لم تستطع الدخول، استخدم صفحة الطلب الخارجي.You can delete from inside the app. If you cannot access it, use the external request page.
